Hainan Minsheng Gas participates in the joint emergency drill for liquefied gas cylinder leakage in the Qiongbei region in 2025
On December 5th, the 2025 Hainan Province Qiongbei Regional Urban Gas Regional Collaborative Emergency Response and Liquid Gas Cylinder Leakage Emergency Rescue Joint Exercise, hosted by the Hainan Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development, undertaken by the Chengmai County Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau, and co organized by Hainan Minsheng Pipeline Gas Co., Ltd. and Chengmai Xiang'an Industrial Development Co., Ltd., was successfully held on Meilang Road in the old town of Chengmai County. Hainan Minsheng Gas, as a co organizer and regional professional rescue force, dispatched the "110 Joint Gas Rescue Team" to participate in the actual combat exercise, fully demonstrating the company's rapid response and regional coordinated disposal capabilities in dealing with sudden incidents of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinder leaks.

This drill simulates the scene where a liquefied petroleum gas cylinder transport vehicle accidentally overturned while avoiding a vehicle, resulting in a gas leak and injuries to personnel on site. After the occurrence of the danger, the accident unit immediately activated emergency response and reported to the local public security, fire protection, medical and housing departments.

After receiving the dispatch instructions from the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development, the Hainan Minsheng Gas 110 linkage gas rescue team quickly gathered and rushed to the scene with equipment such as gas detectors, explosion-proof fans, and professional leak prevention fixtures. On the premise of ensuring the safety of combustible gas concentration on site, rescue team members closely cooperate with firefighting, medical, and on-site liquefied gas operation units to efficiently complete key disposal processes such as forced ventilation, environmental dilution, concentration retesting, and sealing of leaking steel cylinders, and properly handle the danger.

This participation in the provincial-level cross regional joint exercise not only tested the emergency response level and practical ability of the company's emergency rescue team in dealing with emergencies such as liquefied gas cylinder leaks, but also further strengthened the government enterprise linkage and cross regional coordination ability with local governments, gas companies, fire protection, medical and other departments. In the future, the company will continue to train specialized emergency rescue teams with high standards, conduct regular and multi scenario practical exercises, strengthen the construction of gas accident prevention and control capabilities in multiple scenarios, and create a safe, reliable, and stable gas environment for the operation of the Hainan Free Trade Port.
